If you need to cancel or reschedule:

 

Scheduling: All coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance. This allows both the client and the coach to adequately prepare for the session.

 

Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Please contact us via email or phone to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

Late Cancellation: Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be considered a "late cancellation". Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equivalent to the cost of the session. This is to compensate for the time that was set aside for you.

 

No Show: If a client does not show up for a scheduled session without cancelling, this will be considered a "no show". No shows will be charged the full session fee.

 

Rescheduling: If you provide at least 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule your session at no additional cost. Rescheduled sessions must be within the same calendar month as the original appointment.

 

Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within 24 hours due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis.

 

Refunds: Refunds for cancelled sessions will be provided only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Refunds will not be provided for late cancellations or no shows.

 

Agreement: By scheduling a session, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy. Please make sure you understand and accept this policy before booking a session.
